Join Certified Chocolate Makers Gabrielle & Peter of Petite Patrie for an in-depth look at the history and biology of bean-to-bar chocolate making. They are committed to being environmentally and economically respsonsible, sourcing only the world's very best organic cacao beans and ingredients.
They will teach you how to expertly taste chocolate, and share with you some of their delicious bars, crafted right here in the Annapolis Valley by hand.
You will also have the opportunity to pair wines with the chocolate and learn how the flavours can compliment each other. We will feature some of our smooth Reds, as well as a special pairing of a chocolate with one of our Meads.
Tickets for this seminar are $40 + tax per person, and include a take home chocolate bar from Petite Patrie
